Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and products that have been significantly used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at concierge@envshine.com to request a return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your product. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return your eligible item and place a separate order for the product you prefer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
